I never post reviews, but this office was so incredibly wonderful I felt compelled to. The team was very polite, and went out of their way to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. Dr Chris was very patient with my questions, showed absolutely no judgement, and seemed to genuinely care about my wellbeing. They were also completely transparent with the costs and didn't use any confusing jargon when I asked questions related to my visit.

They were all fabulous, Priffessional all the way, and DR CHAFFINwas the nicest person and dentist I have ever had the pleasure of talking to .I just Love this place felt like I’ve know them forever. I love my Dental team! Had a problem with one of my teeth, probably an abscess they fit me in immediately. They’re always so comforting and caring I wouldn’t go to anybody else.

My in-laws came to this office by good recommendations of friends. However, their experience was not a pleasant one. They do not speak English well and do not understand insurance and dental office procedures. Without any prior explanation they have received services that are not covered by their insurance and now are being harassed by the office for the balance. We have communicated with the billing office and they refuse to accept their responsibility in this matter, they dont respond to our phone calls and instead just keep mailing the bills. I do not recommend this office because there is no transparency before the services are done.
